These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Universal Embroidery’s website and services. By using our website, you agree to these terms, and if you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Universal Embroidery provides custom embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, and heat press window decals. All orders are subject to acceptance based on availability and design specifications.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please review the details carefully.Payments: Full payment is required before any production begins. We accept [list of payment methods].Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production may have begun.
Standard Turnaround: Our standard turnaround time is [state number of days] business days from the time payment is received and the design is approved.Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accepted based on availability, with additional fees applied.
Artwork Submission: Customers must provide print-ready artwork or accept our design service at an additional cost.Approval: You will receive a digital proof for approval before production. We will not be responsible for any errors once the proof has been approved. Design Changes: Any changes to designs after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.
Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Universal Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.Local Pickup: Orders may also be picked up at our location. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective.Defects: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report the defect. We will work with you to correct the issue.Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the defect cannot be corrected.
All designs created by Universal Embroidery remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute any of our designs without prior approval.
