Universal Embroidery provides custom embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, and heat press window decals. All orders are subject to acceptance based on availability and design specifications.

3. Orders and Payments

Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please review the details carefully.Payments: Full payment is required before any production begins. 4. Turnaround Times

5. Designs and Approvals

6. Shipping and Delivery

Universal Embroidery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.Local Pickup: Orders may also be picked up at our location. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective.Defects: If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report the defect. We will work with you to correct the issue.Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the defect cannot be corrected.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Universal Embroidery remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute any of our designs without prior approval.
